Welcoming some new faces to 100 Story Building!

We kicked off July with a fun-filled holiday program, welcoming some young game designers and monster hunters into the StoryLAB for two full day workshops. But this month also sees a bunch of other new faces coming to 100 Story Building.

Staff-wise, we are welcoming our new Strategic Operations & Enterprise Lead Julia Gregg, who is starting on the 17th of July. And our board of directors is doubling in size with addition of Owen Brailsford, Linda Pitt, Abhilash Mudaliar and Calvin Cordle! But we are also bidding au revoir (but not goodbye) or our Marketing Manager, Ella Bucovaz, as she is on maternity leave until April 2024. Say hi to the Nanny Narwhals on level 49 for us, Ella!

Our ongoing programs are also adding new names this month: our third Story Hubs artist for 2023 is Abbey Rich, who starts her co-design sessions with Carlton Primary School this term. Meanwhile Early Harvest has announced that award-winning children’s author Rhiannon Williams will be the guest contributor for our 2024 book! And we delivered our latest community consultation, working with primary school students in Woodville to share their vision for their community with Wyndham Council.
