Calling Young Artists to Submit works to Tinted Glass.
Are you aged 8–16? Love making art, taking photos, or making sculptures? Then this is your chance to exhibit your work at 100 Story Building in Footscray.
This December, 100 Story Building in Footscray is transforming into a gallery filled with the creativity, ideas and imaginations of young artists from across Victoria. And we want your work to be part of it!
Whether you're a budding painter, a photography fanatic, a sculpture-maker or someone who loves experimenting with materials, Futuremakers Visual Art Exhibition is your chance to share what you create, try something new and see your work exhibited.
And there's more! Thanks to the generosity of our local community sponsors, there's an Art Prize pool of $750 up for grabs, celebrating the creativity of young artists.
Ready to put your creativity on display? Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) before Tuesday 20 October 2026
THE THEME: TINTED GLASS
We all see the world a little differently. Sometimes life looks rosy, sometimes it's a little blurry, and sometimes all it takes is a different perspective to see something completely new.
Imagine looking through a pair of colourful glasses, peering into a mirror, gazing through a window or stepping through a portal into another world.
What would you see through your own tinted glass?
Would you create a world that doesn't exist (yet)? Show us something hidden in plain sight? Flip reality upside down? Or explore how the world looks through your eyes?
Your artwork could be a painting, a photograph, a sculpture or something totally unexpected. Take the theme in any direction you like. We can't wait to see where your imagination takes you!
