As Partnerships & Development Manager you will drive development priorities, broker productive partnerships and strengthen 100 Story Building's network. 100 Story Building is a vibrant creative writing centre and social enterprise that champions the voices of young people, especially those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and communities facing disadvantage. We support literacy, confidence and belonging through programs that support creativity in education, publishing opportunities and community storytelling.
We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Partnerships and Development Manager to help take us to the next chapter of growth and impact.
About the role:
Working closely with the CEO and creative leadership team, you’ll lead and coordinate business development and partnership efforts.
This includes:
Identifying and securing funding from philanthropic, government and corporate partners.
Generating income through strategic partnerships, consulting services and workshops.
Supporting the expansion of our social enterprise and advocacy of our mission.
Building long-term stakeholder relationships and brand visibility.
Supporting funder stewardship, reporting and development impact measurement.

Who we’re looking for:
You are an experienced fundraiser or development professional with:
Demonstrated success in securing grants and income generation.
Strong proposal writing, pitching and partnership-building skills.
Familiarity with the not-for-profit, arts or education sectors.
Strong communication, financial acumen, and leadership capabilities.
A collaborative and inclusive approach aligned with our mission.
