Story Hubs Forum October 2026: Randomising the Curriculum
Simple and effective techniques to inspire new ideas and learning for students and teachers.
Randomising the Curriculum is free professional development designed for educators who are looking for new ways to embed creativity into the curriculum, without adding a lot of extra work for themselves. Randomisation offers teachers and students new launching points for literacy, higher levels of engagement and humour, and moves past the ‘what’ into the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of storytelling. Randomisation is not only a technique that can be highly effective in English subjects, but can be applied creatively across the curriculum.
The forum is built on the idea that the best learning happens together. Through hands-on activities, shared storytelling and collaborative exploration, you'll work alongside experienced facilitators from 100 Story Building as we share the Story Hubs approaches and activities we've been using, as well as fellow educators from across the community, to discover new approaches to creativity in the classroom.
